Universal Design
Universal Design is the design and composition of an environment so that it can be accessed, understood and used to the greatest extent possible by all people regardless of their age, size, ability or disability.
Social Design
Within the design world, social design is sometimes defined as a design process that contributes to improving human well-being and livelihood.
My main focuses throughout this final year project will rotate around both Universal and Social design. These design methods go hand-in-hand and by utilising these methodologies, I will, in turn, create an exciting, appealing and relaxing hotel.
